		<description>I get that too, Dawn.  And at those times it&#039;s so hard just to turn you head or raise your arms.  Here&#039;s a trick to help the pain.  Fill a tube sock with dry rice and mircowave for a few seconds.  Long enough to get it warm.  Then wrap that around your neck.  It&#039;s very soothing and stays warm for a while.  Much easier than a heating pad because you can still be up and around with the heat draped around your neck.
