Waiting for the Other Shoe to Drop

I’m actually on top of things.

I’ve managed to write on WIP every day, as promised, meeting my daily page total. I’m caught up crits. Even my rewrite for B&B seems to be coming along. And I sent out six queries at the beginning of the week. My house could use a good clean, but I did manage to fold some laundry this morning.

Now, as the afternoon moves on, I wonder when the other shoe will drop. You know that feeling when everything is running too smooth and something must go wrong.

Well, I’m going to dig back in and get as much done as I can before it does.

Glad you’ve managed to stay on top of things,Dawn. That’s always a good feeling. I’ve been setting up a myspace thing for the last two days….what a nightmare.

I’m full of envy since I can’t write worth a damn, but I’m happy you’re on top of things. My kids are down with the flu to add insult to injuries, so I just surf blogs.

Things’ll pick up, Bella. I know what you mean about the kids being sick. I had DS off with me for two days at the beginning of the week.

Good luck with my space, Kath. And let me know how it turns out.
